Aggregated from 2778 North Hills homes sold in the trailing 24 months, from The Thurber Team's MLS dataset. Median (not mean) figures reduce outlier skew. $/sqft uses closed price ÷ finished sqft where square footage is reported (1274 of 2778 sales). Luxury tier = closed price ≥ $1,000,000.
Region definition — North Hills of Pittsburgh: Cheswick, Gibsonia, Wexford, Allison Park, Glenshaw, Sewickley area, Springdale, Verona, Shaler, Aspinwall / Fox Chapel, West View, McCandless / Ross, Fox Chapel, Mars / Adams Twp (Treesdale), Cranberry Township.
